A global celebration of screendance, dance on film, and movement-based storytelling.
Women in Dance is delighted to announce the official selections for the 2026 Women in Dance International Film Festival & Screening Series.
More than 30 films representing artists and perspectives from around the world have been selected for this year’s program. These works celebrate the many ways movement and filmmaking can intersect—expanding how dance is created, experienced, and shared across cultures.
Selected films will be presented through Women in Dance’s screening partners, including 7artscafe in Yokohama, Japan, and Kim Robards Dance in Denver, Colorado. Screening programs, dates, and ticket information will be announced separately.
Congratulations to all the selected filmmakers, choreographers, dancers, and creative teams. Women in Dance is honored to share your work with audiences around the world.
